What are the sizes available?
Different shoes and sandals from our website have different sizes. Please refer to the size chart in the description page of the product you wish to purchase.
Do you have slides/ sandals that are size 13,14,15?
Currently, we carry slides and sandals upto size 12 while our boots are upto size 14.
We are currently working on expanding our size range and currently offer larger sizes in select styles & colors. We plan to expand our offering as we grow. Please check the size chart on each product page. To get the most recent update, you can contact us at email@example.com.
Do you have available slides for kids?
Currently, we do not have sizes available for kids. We carry slides and sandals size 4 to 5 as our smallest size.
How will I know which size will fit?
Generally, shoes and sandal sizes are the same. All of our products are true to size. However, sandals tend to fit differently from shoes and you may go for a half or one size bigger.
During the day our feet may expand, especially during the warmer months or if you're standing for long periods of time. By sizing up, you're allowing your feet enough room to expand without your sandals becoming too tight.
Are all styles Unisex?
Yes! All of our styles are unisex. Each style will have both women's and men's size charts listed on the product pages.
How do I place an order on your website?
Choose a category or item from the catalog or search to explore a specific item.
Select your desired color, size and click Add To Cart. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout
Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Currently, you can only place an order from our store.
Which currency can I shop in?
Our products are priced in US Dollars.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Will my payment details stay safe?
Yes! We use state-of-the-art technology to help protect your credit card when you shop on our site. We are committed to providing you with a safe shopping environment.
Can I make changes on my order after it has been placed?
We cannot guarantee that your changes will be applied, but if you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will do our best to accommodate any changes you may need with regards to sizing, color, or style, as well as shipping address changes and cancellations of orders. We cannot, however, add items to an order after it has been placed nor make changes once order has been processed and shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to countries outside of US and Canada. To confirm that we ship your country, please send us an email to email@example.com
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
It takes around 3-5 days for the order to get processed. After your order has been processed, it takes around 5 to 15 business days for the item to be delivered. There can be delays beyond our control such as customs and postal service delays.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provide a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit www.17track.net. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Why is the tracking status not available after receiving the tracking details on my email?
Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status on the website. Please kindly check back if the status is not yet available. You can contact us at email@example.com.
Do you ship to military bases, APO, PO Box?
We currently do not ship to APO, PO Box or military bases. Our order page requires a physical shipping address to ensure the security of the package.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for USA & Worldwide.
Our goal is 100% accuracy on quantity and timeliness for all shipments. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. All orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 3-5 days.
Will I be charged for duties and taxes?
Orders may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the country the order will be delivered to.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I cancel the order?
We cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled when you send a request as we cannot cancel orders that have been processed and shipped. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will assist you in your cancellation request.
Can I return or exchange the product I received?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange for a different size.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Our customer service team will assist you in processing an exchange.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Our shipping team ensures that all packages that go out of our warehouse are packed securely. However, if you receive a damaged product, please send a photo of the damaged item to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our team will review the concern and will assist you in processing a reshipment or replacement.
When will I get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I sent a message to the email posted here on your site and via your Contact us page, how long will I expect a response?
Our customer service hours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST. Our team members will answer your questions within one to three business days.
How can I get a discount?
You will receive a unique discount code when you subscribe to our mailing list.
I forgot to add my discount code and have processed the order, can the discount still be applied?
Discount codes must be applied before checkout. You may use the code on your next purchase.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Currently we only allow one discount code per order.
